Featured Products

Le Creuset Dutch Oven, 4.5 qt

Le Creuset Dutch Oven: This is my go-to pot!! I mean, for how expensive it is, it should be the best pot ever, and IT IS! I use it to make stew, risotto, pasta, rice, beans, bread, queso and so much more!. It's like an all in one magic pot that browns beautifully, like a pan, but will hold a full meal. I know it is very expensive but save up, treat yourself, or ask your rich uncle for a gift. I promise you, you will have this cookware forever.

Pearl & Amaranth Nonstick Ceramic Pans

My go-to pans. They are non-stick, love! Easy to clean, needed! Eco-friendly, thank you! And so much more. I love the way they feel and look. Manufactured by Koch Systeme CS

Microplane

Probably the #1 tool I use in my kitchen on a day to day basis. Need to zest a lemon? Microplane. Need to grate parmesan cheese? Microplane. Need to mince garlic? Microplane. Need I say anything else? Also, no, not just any grater will do.

Lodge Cast Iron Pan

This pan is a MUST for any kitchen. It is virtually indestructible and literally gets better the more you use it. What's great about a cast iron pan is that retains heat. Meaning, great for oven cooking and even browning. For a great versatile size, I recommend the 9" Cast Iron pan or the 10.25" Cast Iron pan.

Baker's Sheet Pans

I highly recommended these baking sheets. First, they are rimmed which is SO convenient for baking. I don't have to worry about cookies sliding off or things spilling over. Second, they stack easily when you buy multiple, and the last forever.

Utensils

Pro Dough Pastry Scraper

This is a great, cheap handy tool every kitchen should have. I have both a plastic scraper that is great to use to scrape the inside of mixing bowls. I also have a metal scraper that I use to cut the dough and scrape my workspace. So it's easy to use to make your baking more effective. Scale can be used on metal if necessary. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe.

French Rolling Pin

When rolling out your dough, I recommend using a French Rolling Pin. It allows you to adjust the pressure much more easily and have better control over your dough. This french rolling pin feels good in your hands. Clean up is a breeze.

Premium Quality Metal Lemon Squeezer

Getting the metal squeezer really is the way to go. Sturdy. More reliable when you put on the pressure to get every last drop. Great time saver to get every last drop of fresh squezzed fruit juice for all your recipes or drinks.

OXO Good Grips Silicone Oven Mitt

These are tapered silicone Oven Mitts that offer a snug fit, 13-inch length protects forearm.
Flexible diamond pattern provides non-slip grip and is flame, stain and steam resistant.
When they get a bit dirty feel free to rinse clean or wipe with a damp cloth.

OXO Good Grips Mixing Bowls 3 Piece Set

You can never have too many bowls in the kitchen. OXO Good Grips Mixing Bowls are my favorite kitchen bowls with a pouring spout to make cooking and baking that much easier. 3-Piece Set includes 1.5-quart, 3-quart and 5-quart Mixing Bowls. If you want them multicolored, click here! :)

Silicone, Non-Stick Baking Mat

I do what I can for the environment which means using reusable items. These baking mats will replace your parchment paper and added bonus, they actually stay flat because they fit right into the pan. If you don't have these mats, you need to get them, now.

Microplane

Probably the #1 tool I use in my kitchen on a day to day basis. Need to zest a lemon? Microplane. Need to grate parmesan cheese? Microplane. Need to mince garlic? Microplane. Need I say anything else? Also, no, not just any grater will do.

Granite Mortar and Pestle

Release the flavors and oils in freshly ground spices which makes a big difference in the taste of the food. Taste the difference in your favorite recipes!

Appliances

KitchenAid Stand Mixer 4.5 Qt

Every kitchen should have a stand mixer. I use mine almost on a daily basis and the KitchenAid brand is one you can trust. There are multiple color and size options. The 4.5qt is a good size for most kitchens. Multi-speed. All metal. Tilt-Head design.

Air Fryer Pressure Cooker 6.5 qt

When I first learned there was an Air Fryer & Pressure Cooker combo, OMG, my jaw dropped. I had to try it out. Let me tell you, this is the ultimate kitchen gadget for all types of cooks. It's easy to use and ups your cooking game immediately. I can now fry crispy kale chips and pressure cook a New York strip steak in ONE machine. I've tested out many Carl Schmidt Sohn cookware and I have NOT been disappointed.

OXO 11 Pound Stainless Scale

A Kitchen Scale for measuring dry and wet ingredients is a MUST! Not only do you get a more accurate and delicious end result but some recipes only include grams and ounces not cups and tablespoons. If you bake and don't have a kitchen scale, I don't know you. Anyway, the Etekcity Food Scale is a great inexpensive scale that will definitely up your baking and cooking game. If you're looking for a quality scale (a little more expensive) I have two of the OXO Good Grips 11 lb Kitchen Scale.

Cuisinart 14 Cup Food Processor

Food Processor: Look, I know it is expensive but I highly recommend the Cuisinart DFP-14CNY Food Processor. I once bought a food processor half the price, used it once, and immediately wished I spend the money to get a better one. This food processor holds more, processes better, and lasts longer. Plus, having a good food processor makes cooking easier and more fun, I use mine almost every day! Just consider it, OK?

Six Seasons: A New Way with Vegetables

Joshua McFadden channels both farmer and chef, highlighting vegetables throughout their growing seasons. Each chapter begins with recipes featuring raw vegetables at the start of their season. As weeks progress, McFadden turns up the heat—grilling and steaming, then moving on to sautés, pan roasts, braises, and stews. It's one of those books that helps you undetstand and bring about flavor at its peak.
